Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can bring structure. Responsibilities include defining roles, creating hierarchy, improving processes, and ensuring the right people are in the right positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong business administration background, preferably an MBA, and a proven ability to implement systems in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organisational Structure:
    Define roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines across the company.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Design and implement effective hiring processes, from job descriptions to final selection.
  • Performance Management:
    Develop KPIs, conduct evaluations, and set up systems for accountability.
  • HR Policies:
    Create and enforce company policies in compliance with labour laws.
  • Culture & Engagement:
    Build initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Business Administration:
    Support leadership in operational efficiency, process standardisation, and resource planning.

Qualifications

  • MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or business operations (real estate/construction industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of setting up HR systems and organisational structures from scratch.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
