Job Description

  • Execute and manage the recruitment of faculty, nurses and other staff and also train them.
  • Employee orientation, implement and monitor effectiveness of training programs, appraisal and reward systems.
  • Develop, implement and maintain human resources policies
  • Produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and turnover of Staff.
  • Labour Mediation.
  • Look after administrative matters concerning faculty and staff.
  • Other related additional responsibilities.

Qualification : MBA in HR

Experience : 8-10 yrs of hospital experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
