Position Title- Head- Talent Management Reports To- Head-HR Division Department-HR-Talent Management Salary Budget- Up to 30 LPA Total years of Experience- 12-15 years Relevant Experience- 7 years in Head- Talent Management Work Mode- Work from Office- On Site 6 Days Interview Mode- Initial Interviews will be virtual but Final Round will take place Face to Face only 1 JOB PURPOSE- To recruit talent design rewards talent management programs for developing talent to drive excellence in the organization - Ensuring talent availability as per Manpower planning Formulate TA strategy and manage talent acquisition Oversee the hiring process and support as needed Manage oversee Onboarding and 30-60-90 day plan Review reports and suggest course corrections as applicable Closure of position within defined TAT Ageing of positions within standard Diversity as per target Identifying talent within the organization Formulate the Talent strategy Analyze and review PMS data Identify Hi-Po s across the organization Design various assessments basis the cohort level Design the Talent Review Framework Conduct Talent Review Process across levels On time completion of talent reviews Number of internal grown talents Career planning Identify different role job movements job rotation for employees Design and conduct Training programs for upskilling the employees for the new role s Review the success of the movement Career Path Ratio within norms Competency enhancement Performance in the new role Succession Planning Identify critical roles within the organization Discuss with Functional leaders and identify the successors for critical roles Design of Individual Developmental plan for successors to take up the new role Talent pool size and adequacy for critical roles Timely succession Compensation employee benefits Define and manage Rewards strategy Ensure accurate employee data management Ensure hiring and exit processes Monitor employee benefits and related payments Accuracy -Error Free Timeliness Manage annual increments and promotions by analyzing current compensation structure Analyze compensation ratios and recommend modifications in compensation structure Review of existing compensation and increment policies and suggest changes Support ensure on-time implementation of Wages Adhoc Adherence to policies and processes Accuracy -Error Free Timeliness Team Management Allocate work according to team strength Drive the initiative for timely closure through team Periodic reviews of work of team Assess capability gaps and train the team Motivate and guide the team for higher performance Adherence to Training Needs fulfillment targets Competency development index Employee Engagement Score Team 2 MAJOR CHALLENGES Acquisition of right talent Technological advancement and swift obsolesce of skills imparted 3 SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Graduation MBA HR Preferred - Certification from SHRM and related agencies 4 Functional Skills Business Understanding Stakeholder management Knowledge of talent management activities Data management Presentation skills Assessment Methods Techniques 5 Behavioral Skills Communication skill Leadership skills Interpersonal Skills Negotiation skills Networking skills Collaboration skills Note - Experience should be from Manufacturing Industry Only Mandatory Relevant Candidates may share their resume at talentmeister09 gmail com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 2 000 000 00 - 3 000 000 00 per year Ability to commute relocate Kashipur Uttarakhand Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Head Talent Acquisition 7 years Required Location Kashipur Uttarakhand Required Work Location In person
