Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility in Margao, Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, the ability to lead a team of technicians, and ensure smooth functioning of all equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of 10 maintenance staff.

  • Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

  • Coordinate with management for resource planning and maintenance schedules.

  • Support facility improvements and assist in technical audits or inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management (preferred).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Good knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and safety standards.

  • Problem-solving attitude with good communication and planning skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
