Job Designation: Property Manager at a Backpacker HostelLocation: Vagator, North GoaResponsibilities:Be the front face of the property for the guests as per the Company’s brand guidelinesCoordinate with the central revenue team and contribute to revenue maximizationProvide accommodation information to enquiries received via online or offline channelsAssist and promote membership plans to the guests and increase the sales of the samePerform end-to-end actions from providing information to creating reservations for the guestsAttend to queries and complaints from in-house guests & provide exceptional guest experienceCollect payments from in-house guests on timely manner for the services availedMaintain cash transaction reports on daily basis with full integrityConduct different operations in the Property Management Software set by the CompanyPerform F&B order related operations in the POS Software set by the CompanyCarry out vendor bills management and timely notifications for the payments for the samePerform administrative duties; filing and updating records, managing budgets etc.Oversee the hostel operations related to cleanliness & property standard maintenanceGenerate work lists for housekeeping department on daily basisCarry out regular supervision of all housekeeping staffQualifications & Desired Skills:A bachelor's degree in hospitality managementProven experience in a front desk or guest services roleFamiliarity with hotel management systems and reservation softwareCustomer service orientation with a focus on providing an exceptional guest experienceFamiliarity with hotel operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservation management, and billing processesUnderstanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and customer preferencesSalary & Benefits: INR 18,000 to INR 25,000 p.m. + Accommodation & FoodContact Person: Dipjyoti BrahmaContact Number: +91 63526 41676
