Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for algorithmic trading products and electronic execution services.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Work closely with trading, quant, and technology teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and onboarding for new clients.
  • Gather client feedback to inform product enhancements and strategic direction.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and regular reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in electronic trading, algo trading, or fintech.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and execution algorithms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
