We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about current industry trends, and be willing to travel as part of the job. This role involves building relationships with companies, understanding their hiring needs, and researching job openings to help match students with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements
  • Build and maintain strong industry relationships for placement opportunities
  • Research and gather data on current job openings and market trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams and students to align placement processes
  • Travel as needed for client meetings and job fairs
  • Maintain and update placement records and reports

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or any equivalent degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Knowledgeable about the job market and recruitment processes
  • Willingness to travel as per job requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
