We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team, specifically in the area of development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing Apartments and commercial properties, with a strong understanding of planning and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to support business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Converting leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels; use data-driven insights to optimize results.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage related documentation.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, engineering or other reputed sectors.
  • To compile and follow at the rules of the Organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must have know EXCEL & Computer based skills.
