Analyst – Insolvency Support

Department: Insolvency / Restructuring

Who Can Apply: Semi-qualified or fresher CA / CMA / CS / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com (with strong finance inclination)

Key Requirements: Background in accounting, audit, finance, or legal support is preferred Basic understanding of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016 – roles, stakeholders, and overall process

 Comfortable reading financial statements (basic level – should know the difference between net profit and net worth)

 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Willingness to learn, adapt, and hustle in a fast-paced environment

 Good team player with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills

 Ability to handle tight deadlines, complex assignments, and at times, chaotic situations

 Open to travel and comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders – from senior management to government officials and clerical staff
