The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining hygiene and service quality, handling guest feedback, and supporting the F&B Manager in achieving department goals.

Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Service:

  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
  • Supervise table service, order taking, and food delivery during meal periods.
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment at all times.

2. Operations Management:

  • Assist in daily restaurant, room service, and banquet operations.
  • Check table setups, buffet presentation, and cleanliness before service.
  • Ensure proper stock levels of crockery, cutlery, linen, and other service items.
  • Monitor billing and cash handling procedures.

3. Staff Supervision:

  • Assign and supervise duties of waiters, captains, and stewards.
  • Ensure grooming and uniform standards are followed.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and motivate the team for better performance.
  • Maintain duty rosters and manage shift schedules efficiently.

4. Hygiene & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor food handling practices and cleanliness of service areas.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen teams for cleanliness and maintenance.

5. Reporting & Coordination:

  • Report daily operations, guest feedback, and issues to the F&B Manager.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and banquet teams for smooth service flow.
  • Support in inventory management, requisitions, and cost control measures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹21,000.00 per month
