Position: Kitchen Steward (KST) Supervisor
Department: Kitchen / Stewarding
Location: Mussoorie, Uttarakhand
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
About Us:
The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie is a leading eco-friendly resort under The Fern Hotels & Resorts brand, recognized for sustainable hospitality and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We are seeking a Kitchen Steward Supervisor to lead our stewarding team and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the kitchen stewarding team.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor proper handling, storage, and disposal of kitchen materials.
- Assist in inventory management and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a KST Supervisor or in a similar stewarding role.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a team effectively and maintain discipline.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
