Main Duties

  1. Greeting Visitors:
  2. Welcome guests with a smile and ask how you can help them.
  3. Handling Phone Calls:
  4. Answer calls, give information, and transfer calls to the right person.
  5. Maintaining Visitor Records:
  6. Write down details of people who come in and give them visitor passes if needed.
  7. Managing Appointments:
  8. Schedule meetings and inform staff about their visitors.
  9. Receiving and Sending Mail:
  10. Collect letters, couriers, and parcels and send them to the correct department.
  11. Keeping Reception Area Clean:
  12. Ensure the front desk looks neat and presentable.
  13. Helping Staff and Visitors:
  14. Provide basic information and guide people inside the office.
  15. Using Office Equipment:
  16. Work with computers, printers, photocopiers, etc
