Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with 4–8 years of experience to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The role requires excellent coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Draft, circulate, and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoM) with follow-up action tracking.
- Organize and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including tickets, visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as required.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless coordination.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Support in event coordination, team meetings, and offsite activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong skills in drafting MoM, travel management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
