About The Role
We
are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement. The role involves managing multi-channel campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will stay abreast of industry trends and continuously experiment to improve campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.


• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other PPC channels.


• Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports for stakeholders.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
• Experiment and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.


• Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences for effective marketing strategies.


• Manage campaign budgets and forecast performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI.


• Utilize data analysis to refine marketing tactics and improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications And Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in performance marketing and PPC campaigns.


• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.


• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools
