Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with around 2 years of experience in B2B sales to lead the end-to-end sales cycle for ERP / enterprise software solutions. You will generate leads, nurture prospects, present solutions, and close deals — all while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities via outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn), referrals, networking, events, and inbound leads.
  • Qualify and nurture leads to build a strong pipeline.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and product walkthroughs tailored to prospect needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients—upsell and cross‑sell modules or add-ons.
  • Track all sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, presales, product, and implementation teams to align proposals and deliver value.
  • Stay current on ERP market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to sharpen positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (~2 years) in B2B sales, ideally in software, enterprise solutions, or technology domain.
  • Strong track record in lead generation (outbound & inbound) — cold calls, email campaigns, social/LinkedIn outreach.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems: ability to understand modules, integrations, business processes, and articulate ERP value propositions.
  • Demonstrated ability in revenue generation — meeting or exceeding sales targets, closing deals, managing renewals or upsell.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage pipeline, forecasts, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling [your specific ERP / domain] or within your target industries.
  • Existing network among SMEs / enterprises / relevant verticals.
  • Understanding of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain) relevant to your ERP product.
  • Willingness to travel or meet clients in person (if required).
