Job Title: Technical Customer Support Executive

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Work Mode: Onsite | Day Shift

Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Raise,track, and close support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
  • Understand and follow standard operating procedures for technical support.
  • Continuously update knowledge on products, processes, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 13 years of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of technical support processes (training will be provided).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
