Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Work Mode: Work From Office (2 WFH days per month)

Working Days: 6 days a week

About the Role

The HR Manager plays a critical role in ensuring business success by building a positive workplace culture and managing people effectively. People are our most important asset, and in this role, you will be responsible for fostering employee engagement, driving performance, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Promoting corporate values, ensuring employee satisfaction, and shaping a productive work environment are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, demands, or concerns
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process end-to-end
  • Conduct employee orientation and training programs
  • Support business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Design and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures
  • Nurture a positive work culture across the organization
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance
  • Manage compensation, payroll, and benefits programs
  • Assess, design, and monitor training programs to meet business needs
  • Report HR metrics to management and support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Maintain and manage employee records efficiently
  • Stay updated with HR trends by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking with professionals

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7 - 10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR executive
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Demonstrable experience in using HR metrics and analytics
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and databases
  • Ability to design HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship management across all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • People-oriented, result-driven, and proactive in approach

Qualification

  • MBA / Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Professional HR certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
