About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Associate who can plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email & WhatsApp Marketing, with a strong focus on performance tracking, data analysis, and campaign optimization.

You will play a key role in generating quality leads, improving ad performance, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget allocation for campaigns.
  • Test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging to improve ROI.
  • Design and send Email Marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Zoho, or Brevo.
  • Execute WhatsApp Marketing activities and automations using tools like Aisensy, DoubleTick, or WATI.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
  • Analyze data to identify insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on new tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Email and WhatsApp Marketing platforms (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Google or Meta Ads certifications are an added advantage.
