About the job ENGINEERING LEAD

Role outline:

Our client is seeking an 7 years experienced SOFTWARE ENGINEER to manage and mentor a team of developers while leading the design and architecture of our applications for accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and reliable products that meet client needs and comply with industry standards.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead and manage a team of developers, providing mentorship and support to foster professional growth.
  • Design and architect scalable and efficient solutions using Python and other technologies.
  • Automate build, deployment pipelines, and repetitive tasks to improve team productivity.
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize components for performance and reliability on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and team retrospectives.

  • experience with application containerization

have experience working with any of the following technologies:
