Role Description

  • Lead initial site surveys and oversee detailed geotechnical investigations to provide critical data for foundation design
  • Supervise the design of module mounting structures (MMS), foundations, control rooms, access roads, and drainage systems, ensuring they are optimized for cost and structural stability as per Indian Standards
  • Take full ownership of on-site civil construction activities, including foundation piling/casting, structure erection, and all related infrastructure work
  • Implement and enforce stringent quality control checks for all civil materials and workmanship to guarantee the 25-year lifespan of our solar assets
  • Manage site supervisors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring seamless coordination with our electrical and project management teams to meet project timelines
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, manage as-built drawings, and ensure all project documentation is maintained for a smooth project handover

Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of proven experience in civil engineering for large-scale infrastructure, power, or industrial projects.
    Direct experience with ground-mounted solar projects is a significant advantage
  • Experience in project planning and management
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and project management software
  • Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and manage contractors effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in renewable energy projects is a plus
  • A highly competitive CTC package ranging from ₹14 Lakhs to ₹25 Lakhs per annum
