Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Training Manager
to lead learning and development initiatives for our resort team. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs that enhance guest service, operational efficiency, and employee growth, in line with 5-star hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive training programs across all departments.
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance improvement areas.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on service excellence, wellness hospitality, grooming standards, communication, and leadership development.
  • Maintain training records, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Support departmental heads in developing on-the-job training and cross-training programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ensure all training aligns with the resort's brand values, guest experience standards, and wellness philosophy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a
    Training Manager/Assistant Training Manager
    in a
    luxury resort or 5-star hotel
    .
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards and wellness-focused guest engagement.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design training content and deliver sessions in an interactive and motivating style.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
