Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic, generating leads, and improving customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising).
  • Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
