**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve SERP rankings
- Perform ongoing keyword research and identify content gaps and optimization opportunities
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for maximum visibility and conversion
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing team to implement best practices
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify areas of improvement

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B/B2C platforms or startups
- Familiarity with content marketing and social media strategies
- Basic knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
