Job Description:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Contribute to driving traffic and conversions through foundational SEO and SEM techniques.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) in line with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and help prepare performance reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Conduct keyword research and basic competitor analysis to support content strategy and ad targeting.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to support integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in executing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve brand visibility, user engagement, and overall digital presence.
  • Stay informed on current digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously learn and grow in the role.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on execution of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in digital marketing.
  • Available for a full-time, in-office role.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Kammanahalli, Bengaluru.
  • Open to candidates restarting their careers—women returning to work are encouraged to apply.
