The Opportunity:

WSP's Global Capability Centre (GCC) is a strategic hub that unites over 500 advisory professionals across India, Colombia, Mexico, Manila, and Romania. The GCC plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions and driving operational excellence for WSP's global network.

We are seeking a dynamic Global Advisory Lead to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and people engagement across our GCCs. You will lead a diverse team, champion innovation, and foster collaboration across regions.

What you can expect to do here:

• Develop and implement the GCC Advisory operating model.
• Lead transformation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with global and regional leaders.
• Attract, engage, and retain top talent through effective people strategies.
  Enhance the visibility and impact of the GCC Advisory function.

What you'll bring to WSP:

• 15+ years' experience in strategy, operations, or consulting (Big 4 or top-tier firm experience preferred).
• Proven leadership of large, multicultural teams.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and communication skills.
  Advanced degree in business, management, economics, or related field.
