International Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales / Business Development Executive to generate international leads and connect with CXO / CEO-level decision-makers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience using lead generation tools, and the ability to build business relationships across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with CXO / decision-makers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other lead generation tools.
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified business leads.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Research target industries and create strategic outreach plans.
- Work closely with management to convert leads into business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in International Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Business Development.
- Strong communication and written skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar tools.
- Ability to connect and engage with CXO / senior decision-makers.
- Male or Female candidates can apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
