Business Development Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales while contributing to the growth of the organization.Job Responsibilities:Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels like LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking events.Client Communication: Help draft and send introductory emails, follow-ups, and other communication to potential clients.CRM Management: Support the team in maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.Sales Support: Assist the business development team in creating sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.Networking: Attend and represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and conferences.Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and help track performance metrics to support decision-making.Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance as required by the business development team.Requirements:Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of market research and sales.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.Preferred Skills (optional):Previous internship or experience in business development, sales, or marketing.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).What We Offer:Hands-on experience in business development and sales.Mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.Opportunity to network and build industry connections.[Other benefits like flexible hours, remote work, etc.]Job Type: InternshipContract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹6, ₹8,000.00 per monthBenefits:Work from homeWork Location: Remote
