We are looking a candidate Admin/ HR Executive - Mumbai

Job Overview:

The Admin & HR Executive will play a dual role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the office and supporting core HR functions. The position involves a strong focus on administrative responsibilities, along with assistance in HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative

  • Manage office facilities including housekeeping, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain administrative records, contracts, AMC, lease agreements, and insurance documents.
  • Handle logistics such as travel, accommodation, and transportation for employees and clients.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance of office assets and manage utility bills.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and internal communication.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative processes and maintain related documentation.

Human Resources

  • Assist with onboarding processes, documentation, and induction of new employees.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities – schedule interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personnel files.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing internal events.
  • Communicate basic HR policies and assist in routing employee concerns or grievances.
  • Liaise with payroll or HRMS teams for monthly inputs and data updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Preferred Immediate joiner
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative or combined Admin +HR roles.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software is a plus.
