We are looking a candidate Admin/ HR Executive - Mumbai
Job Overview:
The Admin & HR Executive will play a dual role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the office and supporting core HR functions. The position involves a strong focus on administrative responsibilities, along with assistance in HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative
- Manage office facilities including housekeeping, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, AMC, lease agreements, and insurance documents.
- Handle logistics such as travel, accommodation, and transportation for employees and clients.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office assets and manage utility bills.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and internal communication.
- Ensure compliance with administrative processes and maintain related documentation.
Human Resources
- Assist with onboarding processes, documentation, and induction of new employees.
- Coordinate recruitment activities – schedule interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personnel files.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing internal events.
- Communicate basic HR policies and assist in routing employee concerns or grievances.
- Liaise with payroll or HRMS teams for monthly inputs and data updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Preferred Immediate joiner
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative or combined Admin +HR roles.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software is a plus.
