The team strives to make the design process enjoyable and ensures timely project completion while adhering to client budgets.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an HR & Admin Executive. The HR & Admin Executive will oversee HR management and operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, handling employee queries, assisting in office administration tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaboration and professionalism are key to success in this role.Location: Onsite (Work From Office)Job Type: Full-time🔹 Key Responsibilities:* Maintain and manage attendance records of all employees* Oversee leave management, including approvals and tracking* Handle petty cash accounting and prepare regular expense reports* Support HR activities like onboarding, documentation, and policy compliance* Coordinate office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations* Collaborate with internal teams for timely execution of HR & admin processes🔹 Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field* 1–3 years of experience in HR or admin (preferred)* Strong knowledge of attendance & leave systems* Basic accounting skills for managing petty cash* Good communication and organizational skills* Ability to multitask and work independently🔹 What We Offer:* Growth-oriented work environment* Supportive team and leadership* Competitive salary
