Marketing Analyst Your future position?

As a Marketing Analyst as part of the Marketing and larger development team you will support Marketing Team on client projects and marketing programmes. Monitoring and disseminating market and consumer information to provide support for marketing, sales, evaluation and perfumery. You will be based in Mumbai and reporting to the Gallery Director and CFD PC S Asia.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Marketing coordination and bespoke presentation for certain set of customers.
  • Monitor new launch activity, record in New launch tracking, purchase new launch products and collaborate with marketing colleagues in different regions.
  • Working on the fragrance inspiration tool.
  • Organize new product meetings internally and for clients.
  • Support research for client presentations and client presentations drafts, under the supervision of a marketing manager.
  • Provide support to marketing, sales, evaluation and perfumery by monitoring, synthesizing and disseminating market information across the countries in his region/sub region.
  • Provide support to marketing and graphics colleagues on marketing programs and projects as required across the countries in his region/sub region.

Your professional profile includes:
  • Master's degree in Marketing from a reputed institution
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in industry, in marketing or related function
  • Experience working with agencies
  • Verbal and written command of English
  • Accurately records and accesses information from Givaudan systems
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of fragrance products, key customers and general market trends
  • Well acquainted with Design software like Canva and other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrates basic olfactory skills.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills
    • Explore new tools, experiment with different creative methods of presentations.
