Manager Admin. is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the organization and providing high-level executive support to the MD/CEO. This role involves but not limited to, managing office functions, ensuring efficient operations, and assisting the MD/CEO with various tasks, including scheduling meetings, correspondence etc.
Main Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Assistance to MD/CEO:
- Manage the MD /CEOs calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the MD/CEO.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.
Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Plan, book, and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other transportation for employees, ensuring compliance with the companys travel policies and budget constraints
- Visa with visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation.
- Arranging company branding shirts as per approval for employees.
Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Track expense for administrative operations.
Event Planning:
- Plan and organize company events, conferences, and other activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage event logistics, and ensure successful execution.
Desired Profile:
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Min. 7 years of relevant work experience with strong knowledge of administrative processes, facilities management, and office operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail and ability to get things done.
