Position: Business Development Intern

This is a
3-month paid internship
for candidates who want to build a career in sales, communication, and EdTech. You will receive daily leads, learn how to speak confidently with professionals, explain our courses, and help them enrol.

If you perform well, you will be
promoted to a full-time Business Development Executive (BDE)
with a
₹20,000 salary + commissions up to ₹20,000 per month
.

Stipend & Incentives During Internship

Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000 (fixed)

Performance Bonus:

  • ₹1,000 per admission
  • Expected performance:
    5 admissions per month
  • Total earning potential:
    ₹10,000 per month

Confirmation After 3 Months

If the intern meets the performance expectations (learning, discipline, attendance, follow-ups, and at least 2 admissions/month), they will be offered a
full-time job

Full-Time Salary Structure (After Internship)

  • ₹20,000 fixed salary per month
  • ₹1,500 commission per sale
    (8+ admissions monthly earning ₹32,000+)
  • Quarterly team bonus
    (₹5,000–₹15,000)
  • Total potential monthly earnings:
    ₹45,000–₹52,000+

  • Call and follow up with daily inbound leads
  • Explain course details clearly and confidently
  • Guide learners through the enrolment process
  • Update CRM and maintain proper records
  • Meet weekly and monthly admission targets
  • Learn about Cambridge Veritas courses
  • Build strong communication and relationship skills
