Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products and services.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, handle queries, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Prepare and share call reports, feedback, and insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Ensure professionalism and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate/12th Pass (as per company requirement).
  • Experience Range: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word).
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
