Hub Compliance Lead

- Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance for the Hub across applicable Central & State labour laws, including PSARA and Security Guard Board requirements.
- Oversee accurate and timely calculation, processing, and payment of statutory dues (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.) as per defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with Branch HR teams and outsourced compliance partners to ensure correct documentation, billing support, and audit readiness.
- Manage and monitor employee data and statutory documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and easy accessibility for audits and client requirements.
- Lead and facilitate internal and external statutory audits, including client audits, labour inspections, and government authority visits.
- Track and implement changes in labour laws and statutory policies, ensuring timely communication and adherence across the Hub.
- Ensure timely application, renewal, and maintenance of labour licenses for offices and client locations.
- Handle and resolve compliance-related escalations, queries, and non-compliances, ensuring closure within defined timelines.
- Oversee Full & Final settlements, gratuity processing, mediclaim and GPA/IP endorsements and claims as per statutory and company SLAs.
- Prepare and publish periodic MIS, compliance dashboards, and audit reports for management review.
- Train and guide the compliance support team on statutory processes, audit handling, and documentation standards.
- Act as the single point of contact for compliance matters with clients, statutory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
