Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Python Technical Lead. The role involves leading Python-driven software development projects, designing scalable and efficient architectures, and mentoring a team of developers. The Technical Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI, IoT, and SaaS solutions, ensuring best practices in coding and development. Responsibilities also include code reviews, exploring new technologies, and troubleshooting complex systems to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python and related frameworks such as Django and Flask
  • Experience in AI and machine learning implementation, as well as IoT integration and applications
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and scalable systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design effective software architectures
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing development teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and application deployment
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Any experience in the energy sector or industrial automation is a plus
