Position Overview

We are seeking an
E-commerce Executive (Shopify)

to manage and grow Jaur's online store. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a premium digital shopping experience. This role will oversee day-to-day Shopify operations, ensure smooth customer journeys, and drive sales growth across Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the
    Shopify store

, including product uploads, descriptions, imagery, pricing, and inventory.
- Oversee the
customer journey from browsing to checkout

, ensuring a seamless and luxury-aligned experience.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain
visually compelling product listings

- Monitor
orders, returns, and exchanges

, coordinating with logistics for timely fulfillment.
- Enhance
website usability, navigation, and overall user experience (UX)

- Track daily/weekly
sales, traffic, and conversion metrics

- Optimize
product pages for SEO and conversion

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience

in e-commerce operations (fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle preferred).
- Hands-on expertise with
Shopify themes, apps, and product management tools

- Familiarity with
payment gateways, shipping integrations, and third-party plugins

.
- Basic knowledge of
SEO, Google Analytics, and e-commerce KPIs

.
- Strong
organizational and problem-solving skills

with an eye for detail.
- Ability to uphold
luxury brand standards

across all digital touchpoints.
- Excellent
communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
