Role Overview:

As an HR Analyst, you'll support end-to-end recruitment operations—from sourcing and screening to onboarding coordination and learn to use HR data to optimise recruitment. You'll work closely with managers/process heads, streamline candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless experience for applicants and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, employee referrals, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role criteria
  • Schedule initial interviews under HR guidance and coordinate with both the interviewer/applicant
  • Maintain candidate databases and help update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Communicate with candidates for interview scheduling and feedback
  • Support pre-onboarding documentation and HRLMS entries, MIS reporting/KPI tracking (like hiring numbers, time-to-fill)
  • Generate weekly hiring status reports and flag delays by preparing recruitment analytics and dashboards with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring SOPs and data protocols
  • Help document recruitment workflows and candidate evaluation forms
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives (social posts, hiring events)
  • Coordinate basic reference/background checks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Internship or coursework in recruitment or HR operations preferred
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS tools (Zoho, Fresh Team, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to follow-ups
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Eagerness to learn HR technology and analytics
