Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • * Interact with clients to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
  • * Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • * Translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team.
  • * Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and testers.
  • * Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy.
  • * Assist in developing project documentation including BRD, FRD, flowcharts, and wireframes.
  • * Support the testing process and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • * Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for improvements.
  • * Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • * 0–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (Freshers with excellent aptitude will be considered).
  • * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • * Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Only female candidates preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
