- Franchise Building: Enhance KMBL's brand positioning through active client coverage and participation in industry events.
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve defined business targets.
- Drive acquisition of new-to-bank (NTB) clients by successfully closing deals sourced by RMs.
- Strengthen promoter relationships to secure a higher share of business within the existing portfolio, while keeping the team motivated to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure revenue generation across all products for the team, while maintaining full compliance with bank audits, statutory guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Champion and execute key bank initiatives in partnership with peers and product teams.
Qualifications
CA/ MBA in finance/Marketing
Minimum 10-12 Years of relevant banking experience
