  • Communication & Attention to Detail: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Franchise Building: Enhance KMBL's brand positioning through active client coverage and participation in industry events.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve defined business targets.
  • Drive acquisition of new-to-bank (NTB) clients by successfully closing deals sourced by RMs.
  • Strengthen promoter relationships to secure a higher share of business within the existing portfolio, while keeping the team motivated to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure revenue generation across all products for the team, while maintaining full compliance with bank audits, statutory guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Champion and execute key bank initiatives in partnership with peers and product teams.


Qualifications
  • CA/ MBA in finance/Marketing 

  • Minimum 10-12 Years of relevant banking experience
