Job Description:

Excederm AI is a rapidly growing healthcare company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As an Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist at Excederm AI, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions to help our patients achieve optimal physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to help patients achieve their treatment goals
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for managing their conditions
- Provide support and guidance to patients in their daily activities to improve their overall functioning and quality of life
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of occupational therapy and physiotherapy
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist in Maharashtra, India
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
