HR Executive to help us build and nurture a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manage candidate pipelines.

Employee Onboarding & Engagement:

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure smooth assimilation into company culture.
  • Organize engagement activities, team events, and wellness programs to boost morale and retention.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, etc.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance review process, feedback collection, and improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with managers to track KPIs and maintain performance logs.

Policy Implementation & Compliance:

  • Ensure company policies are understood and followed by all employees.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and ensure legal compliance in HR practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in an HR role preferred (EdTech/startup experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable using HR tools and software (MS Office, Excel, HRMS platforms)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
