Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT HR Executive to manage HR functions specifically tailored for the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have 5years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance within an IT environment. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of technical roles and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain HR records, manage attendance and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, IT industry regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and legal documentation
Employee Engagement & Performance Management:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and HR policies.
- Assist in performance reviews, promotions, and career development programs.
- Work with managers on training needs and leadership development for IT employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT HR functions, preferably in an IT services or product-based company.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of Keka HRMS is mandatory
- Occasional travel preferred
