We're looking for a
proactive and experienced HR Executive
to join our fast-growing IT business. This role blends operational HR responsibilities with strategic collaboration to support business goals and a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Work closely with recruitment panels to ensure effective and timely hiring
  • Manage team attendance, leaves, and daily work reporting using CRM/HRMS tools
  • Conduct and moderate
    daily in-house Scrum meetings
    to align team priorities
  • Collaborate with the
    lead generation team
    in business growth strategy meetings
  • Build and manage professional connections on
    LinkedIn
    for recruitment and branding
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to foster a positive work culture

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4–5 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR practices and operations
  • Hands-on experience managing teams and workforce coordination
  • Familiar with CRM/HRMS platforms for leave, attendance, and productivity tracking
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
