About Us

Shree Motors is a leading Eicher Commercial Vehicles dealership, retailing the full range of Eicher Trucks and Buses and the new Pro-X Small Commercial Vehicles series. We operate in feul and EV segments and have recently launched a state-of-the-art showroom for Eicher Pro X.

We are now looking for a professional with strong Accounting and Financial expertise who can oversee the Accounts Department and gradually take strategic leadership of the business.

Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional (preferably a CA) to transition into a business leadership role.

You will start by leading the Accounts & Finance function and progressively take responsibility for operations, profitability, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full Accounts & Finance department
  • GST compliance, filings, and audit coordination
  • TDS, Income Tax planning, and statutory compliance
  • Preparation & finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L, MIS reports
  • Inventory and billing oversight (vehicles, parts & service)
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Working capital optimization and bank coordination
  • Supervise dealership accounting processes and OEM audits (Eicher)
  • Build strong internal controls and financial discipline
  • Support operations, sales, and admin teams
  • Assist Directors in strategic decision-making
  • Take ownership of business performance and growth roadmap

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • CA  (Minimum 5 years post-qualification preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
  • Strong command of Balance Sheet finalisation and MIS
  • Experience with accounting software (Tally/Dealer management system)
  • Analytical mindset with leadership potential
  • High integrity and professionalism
