Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Manager located in Faridabad. The Credit Manager will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring creditworthiness of customers in accordance with organizational policies. They will oversee the end-to-end credit process, monitor credit portfolio performance, and mitigate credit risks. Additionally, the Credit Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to achieving overall financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in credit evaluation, risk assessment, and loan processing
  • Analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of financial assessment tools, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in communication, collaboration, and team management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Faridabad and manage responsibilities effectively
