Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Receivables Manager based in Jamshedpur. The Regional Receivables Manager will focus on managing receivable portfolios, driving efficient collection processes, ensuring compliance, and minimizing non-performing assets (NPAs). This role involves supervising and mentoring collection teams, setting targets, overseeing performance, and implementing strategies to improve collection efficiencies. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing receivables data, and preparing timely reports to aid decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in receivables management, collections, and financial operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data
  • Leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and performance monitoring
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder relationship management
  • Knowledge of compliance practices and risk management in financial services
  • Proficiency in financial tools, software, and reporting systems
  • Relevant experience in banking or non-banking financial services (NBFC) is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
