Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience as an architect with the ability to manage and oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
  • Must have hands-on expertise as a designer and healthcare architect (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in residential design, including high-rise buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client specifications.
  • Substantial experience with commercial architectural design, incorporating the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams, promoting clear and actionable project objectives.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of architects and designers, fostering a cooperative and innovative work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
