Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect specializing in healthcare, residential, and commercial design to join our full-time team in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural design and development with a strong emphasis on healthcare and residential design. The role requires a seasoned professional keen on contributing to innovative and high-impact projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience as an architect with the ability to manage and oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
  • Must have hands-on expertise as a designer and healthcare architect (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in residential design, including high-rise buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client specifications.
  • Substantial experience with commercial architectural design, incorporating the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams, promoting clear and actionable project objectives.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of architects and designers, fostering a cooperative and innovative work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of architectural software and tools utilized for design and documentation purposes in the architectural sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and development process for healthcare, residential, and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Guide and mentor junior architects and designers, providing direction and support in project execution and professional development.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and construction teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
  • Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications, ensuring all client and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and assessing progress.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation in project design and methodology.
