Senior Consultant/Engagement Lead/Manager- Deal Advisory

Eligibility Criteria:

Years of experience- 3 to 10 Years

Location-Mumbai and Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

-Exposure to Deals and M&A.

-Experience in strategy consulting.

-Well versed with story boarding and workshopping of marketing collaterals such as, but not limited to pitch books, IMs, PPMs, and company profiles.

-Create financial and valuation models including but not limited to cash flow models, merger models, and LBO models.

-Leverage client data to identify value creation opportunities in back office, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and other business areas.

-Conduct analysis and evaluations of market trends, historic deals, and emerging investment opportunities; draft insights and commentary on the same.
