Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Sales Business Development professional. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying and developing new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Effective collaboration with internal teams to align with company goals and strategies is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify growth opportunities and understand market trends
- Excellent Communication skills to build relationships, present ideas, and negotiate effectively with clients
- Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies to acquire and convert potential clients
- Customer Service skills and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals and maintain detailed sales and client records
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus
