Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant– Product Analyst 
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage project execution, influence cross-functional teams, deliver results in fast-paced environments, and solve complex business problems with measurable impact. This role blends project management, business analysis, process mapping, stakeholder management, financial analysis, and product insight to drive delivery of key milestones. The project manager will collaborate closely with product owners, IT services, and global stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans and requirement development to ensure solution delivery and timing aligns with organizational goals and budget objectives.
Responsibilities 

•    Oversee all phases of project delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring quality outcomes.

•    Partner with Personal Productivity product owners, squad members and boundary partners to define and support delivery of key project milestones and outcomes.

•    Gather and document business requirements, define user stories, and map current versus future state processes to optimize delivery.

•    Perform process mapping to identify inefficiencies, assess root causes, and recommend improvements tied to product outcomes.

•    Support solution delivery, project/program reporting, and tracking of product KPIs/OKRs to evaluate success, financial performance, and continuous improvement.

•    Analyze product performance data, user behavior, and market trends to surface insights and opportunities for improvement.

•    Gather and document requirements to inform dashboard development and refinement, ensuring metrics and reporting support business, financial, and operational needs.

•    Manage stakeholder relationships across technical, business, and operational teams; facilitate workshops, communication, and risk/progress tracking.

•    Apply agile ways of working within the delivery framework, without directly leading or facilitating scrum ceremonies.

•    Conduct business and financial analysis to inform decision-making, assess return on investment (ROI), and ensure alignment of spend to portfolio priorities.

•    Track and reconcile budgets, expenditures, and forecasts, identifying variances and providing recommendations to maintain financial health.

•    Collaborate with Program Manager and finance partners to support budget planning, performance, reporting, and cost/efficiency management activities.

•    Proven track record in influencing large cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives with significant business impact.

•    Demonstrated experience as a project manager, product analyst, business analyst, or in a related role within project, product, process, and/or digital environments.

•    Hands-on experience with project management and solution delivery, including financial reporting components.

•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.

•    Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.

•    Ability to produce clear documentation\: requirements, process flows, user stories, business cases, and financial summaries.

•    Strong financial acumen — able to analyze budgets, track spend, forecast costs, and assess ROI.

•    Familiarity with agile methodologies and working within distributed agile teams across multiple time zones.

•    Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new skills, principles, and tools.

•    Attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.

•    Tools proficiency\: strong Microsoft applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tracking tools); JIRA preferred.

Qualifications we seek in you  
Minimum Qualifications  

•    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 

•    Experience in product analysis or a similar role 
 
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills  

•    Experience in digital product environments (SaaS, platform, web/mobile).

•    Experience working on device asset management and/or hardware projects preferred.

•    Prior experience working in global, multicultural teams.

•    Exposure to financial management systems or IT service management tools.

•    Certification or training in project management (e.g., PMP) business analysis (e.g., CBAP), agile (CSM/PSM), or financial management preferred.

•    Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environments.
